Each client has its own content, enquiries, bookings, roles and audit log. Content and usage limits apply per client.
Templates for new clients
Set up a workspace once and start the next client from it.
Access you can prove
Your team’s access to a client is recorded in both audit logs. The client can revoke it in their own settings at any time.
25 shared seats
25 team seats shared across all your clients. 1,000 AI credits a month for each client workspace.
Record access rules
Decide who sees which records and fields. For example, a client’s staff see only their own location.
One plan
One plan covers your clients. You decide what to charge them.
White-label: your name, Citron’s design
Turn on white-label and your agency takes Citron’s place in the client workspaces you manage:
- Your logo in the sidebar in place of Citron’s, when the client has no logo of its own
- “Managed by {your agency}” instead of “Powered by Citron”
- Your logo on the sign-in screen at the client’s custom domain
What stays the same
Colours, type and the product itself stay Citron’s, so every client gets the same tested, accessible console. The client’s own logo always comes first.
02Partner programme
Recommend Citron with your own link
Agencies and consultants who recommend Citron get a referral code. Requests that come through your link are credited to you.
Get a code
We set you up as a partner and issue one or more referral codes.
Share your link
Add ?ref=your-code to any citronos.com page. The code stays in the visitor’s browser for 30 days, and the first partner to refer them is credited.
Follow the results
We track the requests and workspaces that come from each code and share the numbers with you.
